Subject: Introducing Atripco Delivery Service

I expect by now you will have heard the news that Atripco Delivery Service will purchase A & A Delivery on October 1, 2010. I am very pleased and honoured as is the entire Atripco team that Mike Courtenay and his family selected us to carry on their 35 year legacy.

Much like A & A Delivery, Atripco Delivery Service is a family owned and operated local business and has been for 40 years. Atripco Delivery Service prides itself on customer service and our motto we work with everyday is “Nothing is Impossible!” I can assure you that we intend to make this transition as seamless as possible. We are also very excited that Dave Onlock and Edda Wright from A & A Delivery will be joining our team immediately and we know they will continue to service you just as they always have. In addition two AZ employee drivers Geoff Martel and Ken Walker will be joining us along with 15 of the A & A Delivery owner operators. You will therefore continue your working relationship with the same people over the phones and in person at pick up and delivery points.

More importantly the A & A Delivery telephone numbers will be forwarded and the waybills will still be used for a while to ease with the transition and there will be no change to the current pricing and/or service levels you are use to.

Over time we look forward to sharing with you some new value adds that Atripco currently offers including on line order entry, electronic invoicing, immediate P.O.D availability on line and additional service options that could ultimately provide direct cost savings to you.
